Joanna has over 15 years experience in advising international and domestic clients on labour law and HR procedures as well as employee personal data protection.  

She advises on hiring and laying off employees, creating internal policies, procedures and adapting global processes to the Polish law requirements. She also supports clients in conducting internal investigations (anti-mobbing, ethics, anti-discrimination). 

Her clients are companies from medical and beauty, cosmetics, IT and marketing sectors.  

Joanna participates in day-to-day handling of labour issues (e.g. working time, annual leave, rights relating to parenthood) and supports clients during the inspection of the National Labour Inspectorate.
