During his career, Tomasz has worked as an in-house lawyer as well as supporting clients on behalf of a law firm. He also gained experience working for the Polish data protection authority. He has corporate experience gained in one of the insurance companies. Tomasz is an attorney-at-law and European Patent Attorney. For many years, as President of the Management Board of Omni Modo Sp. z o.o., he has successfully supported clients in the area of personal data protection. As managing partner, he runs Osiej and Partners law firm, where he assists clients in the field of industrial property, labour law and new technology law. He is a co-founder of the largest portal on data protection issues – GDPR.PL Author of numerous publications and books. A respected trainer and lecturer.
